THE ROLE DEFINED
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Network Engineering, the Network Engineer III will be responsible for designing, implementing and performing day-to-day support of network infrastructure and appliances (virtual and physical), as well as collaborating with other engineers and operations teams in resolving all network issues.
This individual will be directly accountable for significantly contributing to the overall technical architecture, stability, resiliency and general health related to network solutions.

CMC Engineer (Kansas City / Los Angeles)
This is a 24/7 team responsible for production systems health monitoring, escalation handling and standardized communication of all Incident Management within the Technical Operations organization. Successful candidates must be able to multi-task and prioritize system events according to severity and escalation procedures. Candidates must be comfortable communicating quickly and accurately in the event of production emergencies, both with internal and external groups. This individual must also be comfortable navigating through both Linux and Windows environments and be involved in actively troubleshooting and/or resolving production issues. Candidates must also be flexible to work a combination of day, evening and or third shifts as needed.

Network Support Engineer (Denver / Kansas City / Johnson City / Remote)
Looking for an Network Support Engineer who will troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier II and Tier III network related problems, coordinate resources where necessary and serve as escalation point to Tier I operational teams; Responsible for all aspects of the IaaS data center services including Linux/Unix servers and networking equipment; Work on largescale network vendor products like Cisco 29XX series, ASR 1000x routers, Cisco 6XXX or 76XX series L3 switches, Juniper MX or other series routers, Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switching hardware; Implementing SSL and L2L IPSec VPN at customer environments and performing firewall troubleshooting: ISAKMP/IKEv1 and v2; IPsec (LAN to LAN and Remote Access); AAA types
(L2TP, NT, Radius, TACACS); Cisco ASA 55xx, Juniper SSG, Sonicwall. Configuring VoIP phones using Cisco Call Manager and Unity Manager, SIP and SCCP debugging and analysis.
Network Engineer (Denver / Kansas City / Johnson City / Remote)

Job Duties: Maintain and administer computer networks and related environments including computer hardware, systems software and applications software; perform data backups and disaster recovery operations; diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems; configure, troubleshoot, and manage network devices using NetMRI; monitor network performance and network resource utilization to determine needed adjustments using ConnectWise; analyze and resolve network connectivity issues using Wireshark and Ipref; plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Position also requires at least 12 months of experience in the job offered. Must have at least 6 months of experience with the following tools/technologies: NetMRI, ConnectWise, Wireshark and Ipref.

Service Desk Analyst (Kansas City / Johnson City)
Service desk analysts perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support to end-users. Working under minimal supervision, receiving events via calls, email, and web services to provide support in accordance with established Service Level agreements and documented processes. Analysts will provide shift-based 7x24x365 Tier-1 and 2 support for a worldwide internal and client-specific I.T. infrastructure ecosystem.

The Unitas Director of Business Development is a field based sales position for private cloud computing and managed services. This individual will be responsible to collaborate with our local channel partners to uncover joint selling opportunities in the region. They will also be responsible for direct selling activities with a bookings quota for dedicated cloud computing, managed network, managed hosting and managed security services. This is a highly consultative sales position that requires strong industry knowledge and proven sales results with Enterprise customers.
Experience and industry knowledge in data center, managed hosting, ITO and cloud computing is a strong requirement. We are looking for a consistent sales contributor who can properly assess opportunities and drive them to closure. We desire a sales professional who is experienced in Solution Selling and the investigative stages of a complex sale. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with IT decision makers and C-Level executives.

The Project Manager is responsible for the project management function of the organization, providing leadership and management for all PM process and functions. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring successful completion of projects according to the specifications, resources and deadlines assigned, all while keeping the project on track and within budget. The Project Manager must work efficiently and effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, create project plans, secure resources and oversee quality control throughout the entire project.
